		<description>+1 for having Merb use frozen gems by default. Can&#039;t really think of a downside to why it shouldn&#039;t do this, and it&#039;s a lot more elegant than starting it with frozen-merb</description>

		<description>Though I&#039;m not a fan of hidden magic, I have to agree that automatically using frozen gems would be a good idea. If you didn&#039;t want to use them, you wouldn&#039;t freeze them would you?

Calling frozen-merb instead would mean that I&#039;d have to change my god config on a per app basis. I&#039;ve got god setup to start any apps it happens to find in /var/apps, and having to tell it how to start each one would make me feel as though the configuration was happening in the wrong place.

Good work with merb-freezer though, very handy.</description>
